Job Overview:

This full-time position comes with an annual salary up to £31,491 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting registered nurses in implementing care plans, developing new skills to enhance clinical service delivery, and working across all areas of the service, including Primary Care, Early Day and Substance Misuse. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through internal and external options for development and learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, good IT skills, and ability to work within a busy environment. Experience in a hospital, community or prison environment is desirable but not essential.
