About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse, Midwife or Paramedic to join our team as a Sexual Offence Examiner. As a key member of our SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centre) team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care and support to victims of sexual assault.

As a Sexual Offence Examiner, you will be responsible for undertaking forensic examinations, obtaining forensic exhibits, and producing individual management plans. You will also provide telephone advice to patients and colleagues, share information where appropriate, and support the continued quality improvement of the service.

Essential Skills:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse, Midwife, or Paramedic
  • NMC pin, RGN
  • A minimum of 3 years + Nursing post-qualification experience acute medical healthcare experience
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and children
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children and adults
  • Knowledge and understanding confidentiality
  • A full UK driving license

Salary: £42,379.39-£44,498.36 pro rata FTE
