Job Title: Senior Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Youth Support Worker to join our team at Homes2Inspire Ltd, a leading provider of children's homes in the UK.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team, supporting the management of a residential home for young people. As a Senior Youth Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in directing roles and responsibilities to support workers
  • Monitor the behavior, safety, and well-being of children and young people
  • Lead by example, upholding standards, and ensuring the safeguarding of residents
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, residents, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern, including sleep-in duties and overtime
  • Full UK driving license
