We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Youth Support Worker. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people who have experienced trauma and adversity.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive living environment, fostering a sense of belonging and community among residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, understanding their individual needs and preferences, and adapting your approach to meet their unique requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that each young person receives tailored support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in residential childcare and youth support.

Requirements
  • A willingness to work towards or current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • A full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including long days and sleep-ins.
  • An enthusiasm to work for Homes2Inspire, the only charity-owned Ofsted Top 10 provider.
