About the Role
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, understanding their individual needs and preferences to deliver tailored support.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring that the needs of each young person are met.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns or incidents.
