About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Nuffield Health Glasgow West End FWC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas, ensuring a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment for all.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, and making sure everyone feels valued.
  • Café Support: Assist the café team with preparing and serving fresh, healthy, and nutritional food and drinks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the club.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Flexibility and Motivation: Flexible, motivated, and able to show plenty of initiative.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
