Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Human Resources Coordinator to become a part of our HR department.
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Level 3 CIPD qualification and will undertake a variety of HR administrative responsibilities, including the management of identification passes for personnel.
This position is vital for the effective functioning of HR operations and ensuring adherence to security protocols.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily activities of the HR department and its functions
- Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the HR team
- Maintain and update HR databases (e.g., prepare employment documents, such as contracts and onboarding materials)
- Generate regular reports and presentations on HR analytics
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters
- Assist in payroll processing by supplying necessary information (e.g., absences, bonuses, leave records, etc.)
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in HR audits and compliance assessments
- Minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification
- Demonstrated experience in an HR administrative role or a related field
- Familiarity with HR functions and industry best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- This is a full-time, office-based position (with some flexibility) that may require occasional site visits
- Standard working hours, with potential for additional hours during busy periods
