This position is ideal for a proactive individual with extensive expertise in talent acquisition and human resources, responsible for enhancing team performance, fostering client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:• Communicate unresolved client concerns to management promptly.
• Cultivate and nurture team talent through performance metrics, personal development reviews, and evaluations.
• Supervise recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update internal databases regularly.
• Conduct psychometric evaluations (training will be provided).
Client Engagement:
• Proactively address client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Deliver precise and timely reporting for our recruitment services.
• Assist clients with video interviews and assessment center logistics.
• Provide comprehensive support in talent management, including onboarding, resource allocation, hiring insights, and employee retention strategies.
Human Resources Duties:
• Collaborate with HR on internal staff or candidate inquiries.
• Ensure the accurate completion of HR documentation.
• Keep precise records of attendance, leave, and absenteeism.
• Consult with HR regarding unresolved staff matters or concerns.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding all HR-related information.
Financial Management:
• Demonstrate confidence in managing divisional financials.
• Assist with cash collection as needed.
Qualifications:
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end talent management and HR practices.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Awareness of current market trends and recruitment methodologies.
• Financial literacy to oversee divisional budgets and records.
