Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious HR Business Partner with strong Project Management experience to join our team. As a key member of our HR community, you will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale HR projects and driving strategic HR initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Focus on attracting, developing, and engaging talent in partnered business areas, leveraging data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
  • Lead projects across the UK HRBP Community to drive process improvements and implement strategic compensation, recognition, and diversity initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale HR projects, utilizing business metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and HR teams to drive project success and motivate teams.
