Senior Partner Manager

We're looking for a talented Cloud ERP Channel Growth Specialist to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth by building a strong portfolio of channel partners who align with our Cloud ERP mission to unlock the potential of small businesses.
About the Role
As a Cloud ERP Channel Growth Specialist, you will actively seek new partnership and referral opportunities, especially from accountants, advisors, cloud software implementers, and IT and software selection experts. Your goal is to drive growth by building a strong portfolio of channel partners who align with our Cloud ERP mission to unlock the potential of small businesses. With your experience in channel sales, you'll bring an existing network of relevant partners and provide guidance on the support needed to develop a successful channel business with highly engaged partners.
Key Responsibilities
Exceed annual performance targets for the Partner Channel by growing subscription sales and managing a pipeline of opportunities from existing and new partners, primarily in the UK and also in key markets like AUS and NZ.
Use your network to develop strategies for recruiting large accounting firms (top 100) and ensure they align with our long-term objectives.
Negotiate and manage partner contracts, and collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and sales strategies.
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support, while tracking and managing partner KPIs and performance.
Coordinate with partner marketing to streamline communication and structure.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders through ongoing communication with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Guide the Partner Account Development Executive and ensure consistency in global channel strategies.

Requirements
Well-tenured in Channel sales with a proven track record of building and scaling successful Channel programs and managing long-term strategic client relationships.
Good knowledge of accounting products and experience with accounting practices, with desirable experience in B2B sales within technology, telecommunications, or similar industries.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments, adaptable to dynamic settings, and has a process-driven mindset with strong initiative and self-motivation.
Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, and a team player eager to work in a growing, high-performing team.
Experienced in end-to-end sales processes and skilled in influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
