Job Summary:

Award-winning AW Media Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join their dynamic sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across various industry sectors, helping clients achieve success from their marketing campaigns.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading agency that empowers clients with data-driven marketing solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Outreaching to new prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their data-driven marketing requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key prospects and clients.
  • Developing and delivering compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Account Management and Acquisition teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Striving to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a New Business/Business Development role.
  • Previous experience in a Consumer Data, Market Research, or Direct Marketing Agency environment is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A consultative sales approach and account management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills.
