Sales Order Coordinator

Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Generating and disseminating reports: Weekly updates on orders scheduled for dispatch
- Margin analysis on sales orders
- Collaborating closely and proactively with internal departments to ensure orders are processed as intended and packing lists are prepared promptly
- Issuing commercial invoices
- Initiating the process for introducing new products
- Verifying orders against packing lists
- Resolving discrepancies on packing lists with production
- Providing quotes and proforma invoices as necessary
- Addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly via email and phone
- Accurately entering customer orders, ensuring all entries are completed within one business day
