We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SDW Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one place to another.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with hauliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Managing export documentation and customs clearance
- Tracking cargo and communicating with all parties involved
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
