Your diverse responsibilities will encompass:

  • Generating and sharing reports: Weekly updates based on orders scheduled for dispatch
  • Sales order margin analysis
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely order progression and packing list availability
  • Issuing commercial invoices
  • Initiating the setup process for new products
  • Verifying orders against packing lists
  • Resolving discrepancies on packing lists with production
  • Providing quotes and proforma invoices as necessary
  • Addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly via email and phone
  • Accurately entering customer orders, ensuring all entries are completed within one business day
