Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Generating and distributing reports: Weekly updates on orders scheduled for dispatch
  • Margin analysis on sales orders
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and packing lists are delivered promptly
  • Issuing commercial invoices
  • Initiating the setup process for new products
  • Verifying orders against packing lists
  • Resolving discrepancies on packing lists with production
