Manufacturing Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Sales Manager at Proactive Global, you will be responsible for the internal sales function within the business. This includes:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Managing sales inquiries and providing technical support to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and action lists in CRM
- Collaborating with external sales teams and international distributors
- Supporting product selection and providing quotations for products and engineering services
- Progressing customer inquiries through the sales cycle
- Completing sales order processing and achieving sales targets
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Recent technical/engineering sales experience, preferably in the electric motor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM
- Good understanding of basic electric motor operation
- Technical sales experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
