Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, VAT registrations, and de-registrations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all VAT returns are accurate and submitted to HMRC by the given deadline, maintaining a high level of compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and concerns from clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Contribute to the success of the team by assisting with other tasks and projects as needed, under the guidance of your Line Manager.
  • Participate in the development of new products and services within the Racing Bank, leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility and initiative, with the ability to assist during absences and staff shortages.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong understanding of banking procedures and regulations.
  • Interest in horseracing and knowledge of banking procedures is advantageous, but not required.
