**BANKING ASSOCIATE**
**WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)**

Do you want to use your banking knowledge in an environment where you will be challenged and developed? If so then you might have just found that opportunity as a Lending Associate within our Central Administration Specialist Team (CAST).

This is a vital role providing accurate administration which underpins the exemplary service the Bank provides to our clients.

Based in our Wellingborough head office, you will need to work onsite during training, then you can enjoy the flexibility to work from home 3 days per week.

Salary will be up to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience. You will receive 25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays), free medical insurance, pension scheme, onsite subsidised restaurant, free onsite parking and a range of discounts and benefits through our Reward Gateway platform.

**What your day will look like as a Banking Associate**
- Handling daily queries raised by the Private Banking Team
- Drafting all lending and security documentation
- Carrying out core banking tasks such as drafting letters and, completing mortgage statements
- Monitoring the arrears database and preparing the arrears letters
- Loading lending into the Flexcube Banking system
- Monitoring and overseeing the expired Buildings Insurance Policies

**What you will have**
- You will be provided with all the training you need so an ability to learn is crucial
- Enjoy providing crucial but behind the scenes support - this role will not suit someone who wants to be client facing
- Able to draft documents which will need excellent attention to detail, accuracy and written communication

- Good lending administration knowledge (not advice)
