About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Banking Associate to join our dynamic team at Weatherbys Banking Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of racing clients, ensuring their VAT needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include taking customer queries over the phone, ensuring that queries are dealt with or passed on correctly and promptly. You will also be responsible for reconciliations and maintaining accurate records.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in an administrative role within financial services or accountancy, with a strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of banking procedures is also essential.

Your working hours will be 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30am and 5:30pm. Based in our Wellingborough head office, you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week on completion of probation.
