Strategic Marketing Executive for Go-to-Market Initiatives

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Brand and Content, the Go-to-Market (GTM) Marketing Executive will take charge of:

  • Crafting GTM strategies for pivotal strategic themes, sectors, and services.
  • Formulating and executing comprehensive global content strategies, which encompass thought leadership, multimedia content, social media engagement, events, and webinars.
  • Steering GTM initiatives and collaborating with a diverse array of global stakeholders to ensure effective delivery to internal audiences, thereby facilitating external campaigns and communications.

Core Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that GTM initiatives are executed using industry best practices and tools, including our advanced Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Trello, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure uniformity in the appearance and messaging of GTM campaigns across all regions and business units. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global content for local markets, utilizing centrally developed and/or approved marketing materials in accordance with LRQA Brand Guidelines.
  • In alignment with the global strategy and our new sector-focused approach, work in tandem with our Account Based Marketing and Sales (ABMS) lead to implement ABM strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing LRQA brand visibility and generating leads within our prioritized global accounts.
  • Foster increased LRQA brand recognition, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise through the creation of engaging and insightful content.
  • Employ a data-driven methodology to evaluate GTM and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization and manage relationships with external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of GTM campaigns.
  • As a vital member of the Brand and Content Team, contribute insights, recommendations, and innovative concepts for new marketing channels, tactics, tools, and templates, ensuring that LRQA marketing materials and campaigns adhere to global best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a degree (preferably in marketing) with substantial experience in B2B traditional and digital marketing and campaign management or a similar B2B marketing role.
  • Familiarity with the Certification, Testing Inspection and Compliance (TIC) and/or Professional Assurance Services sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting information in a manner suitable for the audience's level of understanding. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking fluent English.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, agility, organization, and a practical approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable in Marketing Technology platforms, including Content Management Systems (CMS), DAM systems, and project management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experienced in GTM strategies or content marketing.
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking management input, guidance, and direction when necessary.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a global team.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about their work and the impact they create.
