Strategic Marketing Executive for Go-to-Market Initiatives

Position Overview
Reporting to the Global Head of Brand and Content, the Go-to-Market (GTM) Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in:
- Creating and implementing GTM strategies for essential strategic themes, sectors, and services.
- Designing and executing comprehensive global content strategies, which encompass thought leadership, multimedia content such as videos and podcasts, infographics, social media engagement, events, and webinars.
- Leading GTM initiatives while collaborating with a diverse array of global stakeholders to ensure effective delivery to internal audiences, facilitating external marketing campaigns and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Guaranteeing that GTM campaigns are executed using industry best practices and tools, including our advanced Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Trello, and AI technologies.
- Ensuring all GTM campaigns maintain a cohesive visual identity across various regions and business units. Collaborating with regional teams to adapt global content for local markets, adhering to LRQA Brand Guidelines.
- In alignment with the global strategy and our innovative sector-focused approach, partnering with our Account Based Marketing and Sales (ABMS) lead to implement ABM strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing LRQA brand visibility and generating leads within our top global accounts.
- Enhancing LRQA brand recognition, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise through the creation of insightful and engaging content.
- Employing a data-driven methodology to evaluate and report on GTM and campaign performance.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and managing relationships with external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of GTM campaigns.
- As a vital member of the Brand and Content Team, contributing insights, recommendations, and innovative concepts for new marketing channels, strategies, tools, and templates, ensuring alignment with global best practices in LRQA marketing materials and campaigns.
Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field (preferably in marketing) with substantial experience in B2B traditional and digital marketing and campaign management, or a similar B2B marketing role.
- Experience in the Certification, Testing Inspection and Compliance (TIC) and/or Professional Assurance Services sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present information tailored to the audience's level of understanding. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking fluent English.
- A flexible, organized, and practical mindset with the capability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Marketing Technology platforms, including Content Management Systems (CMS), DAM systems, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience in GTM strategies or content marketing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking guidance and direction from management when necessary.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a global team.
