Job Summary

The Global Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) programs for key strategic topics, sectors, and services. This role will work closely with the Global Head of Brand and Content to ensure that GTM campaigns are delivered using best practice frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver global content plans, including thought leadership, videos, podcasts, infographics, social media, events, and webinars.
  • Lead GTM programs and work collaboratively with global stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered to the right internal audiences, enabling external campaigns and communications.
  • Ensure that GTM campaigns support a consistent look and feel across all regions and business units.
  • Work with regional teams to deliver global content locally, utilizing centrally developed and/or approved marketing content in line with LRQA Brand Guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Account Based Marketing and Sales (ABMS) lead to execute ABM plans and campaigns, increasing LRQA brand awareness and generating leads within top global accounts.
  • Support increased LRQA brand awareness, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise through the development of thought-provoking content.
  • Use a data-driven approach to report on GTM and campaign activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business and manage relationships with external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective GTM campaign delivery.
  • Provide information, recommendations, and innovative ideas for new marketing channels, tactics, tools, and templates, ensuring LRQA marketing materials and campaigns align with global best practice.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education (ideally in a marketing discipline) with at least years of traditional and digital marketing and campaign experience or experience in a similar BB marketing role.
  • Experience working within the Certification, Testing Inspection, and Compliance (TIC) and/or Professional Assurance Services sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to present material in a way that is appropriate to the level of knowledge of the audience.
  • An adaptable, agile, organized, and practical approach, with the ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Technology platforms, including Content Management Systems (CMS), DAM systems, and project management systems.
  • Fluency in Microsoft tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • GTM experience or experience in content marketing.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking management input, advice, and direction when needed.
  • The ability to work independently and as a part of a global team.
  • Self-motivation and passion about what they do and the impact they make.
