Buckden Partners is seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing Manager to lead the development of an account-based marketing strategy for a key client segment in the financial services industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a tailored marketing approach that drives engagement and loyalty among Trade Unions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that addresses the unique needs of Trade Unions, including the creation of customized marketing plans and the identification of key performance indicators.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Regional Managers to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion among Trade Unions.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer data to refine marketing efforts and enhance engagement, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Union marketing teams, exploring new communication channels and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including the creation of webinars, blog posts, and other engaging content that resonates with Trade Unions.
  • Event Planning and Partnership Evaluation: Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with Buckden Partners' brand guidelines, managing document proofreading and formatting to maintain a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement among Trade Unions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • B2B Marketing Experience: Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based or tailored marketing.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Union marketing teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • SEO and Content Marketing: Knowledge of SEO principles and a passion for content marketing, with the ability to develop and execute effective content marketing strategies.

  • Financial Services Experience: Experience working in the financial services industry, with a focus on regulated industries.
  • Supplier Management: Experience managing third-party suppliers, with a focus on ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
