Auxato Limited is seeking a Lead Marketing Strategist to spearhead a burgeoning sector within the organization.

Role Overview:
We are in search of a highly proficient and innovative Lead Marketing Strategist.

As an integral member of the executive team, the Lead Marketing Strategist will be tasked with formulating and executing strategic marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility, content engagement, and revenue expansion across diverse markets.


Key Responsibilities of the Lead Marketing Strategist:

Strategic Development:
Formulate and implement all-encompassing marketing strategies that align with corporate goals, market dynamics, and consumer preferences.

Brand Development/ Recognition:

Direct brand enhancement and management efforts to guarantee uniform messaging, brand positioning, and visual representation across all platforms and regions.


Digital Strategy:

Supervise digital marketing initiatives including website enhancement, SEO/SEM, email outreach, social media engagement, and digital advertising campaigns to boost traffic, interaction, and conversion rates.


Content Development:
Create a content strategy that resonates with target demographics, bolsters lead generation efforts, and fortifies brand credibility. Oversee the production of high-quality content across various formats and channels.

Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, events, partnerships, and other marketing avenues. Collaborate with sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversion metrics.

Build and manage a high-achieving marketing team, offering mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth. Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the marketing division.

Financial Oversight:
Formulate and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI assessment for all marketing endeavors.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Analyze data and provide regular updates to senior management, emphasizing achievements, areas for enhancement, and actionable insights.

8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably at a Lead Marketing Strategist level.

  • Proven history of crafting and executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience in content strategy, including whitepapers, blogs, articles, and social media.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing methodologies, including SEO, SEM, email outreach, social media, and content marketing.
