Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Strategist to join our team at Creative Ideaz UK Ltd. As an Email Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate email campaigns with other marketing channels for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create engaging and relevant email content, including copywriting and design, to capture the attention of our target audience.
    • Ensure emails are mobile-responsive, visually appealing, and in line with our brand guidelines.
  • List Management:
    • Manage and segment email subscriber lists to deliver personalized and targeted content.
    • Regularly clean and update email lists to maintain deliverability and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Automation and Sequences:
    • Implement marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads and guide subscribers through the customer journey.
    • Optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, calls-to-action) to improve performance.
    • Analyze data and key metrics to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of email marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Compliance:
    • Stay informed about email marketing regulations and ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry standards.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing with a focus on strategy, execution, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of HTML for email template customization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of best practices in deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
