Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Marketing Brand Strategist with a creative background in brand management. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence, shape, and implement an outstanding brand strategy across the UK and EMEA regions.

This multifaceted position involves collaboration with various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, e-commerce, public relations, and agencies, as well as managing the global communications strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the vision, strategy, and plan for the brand portfolio
  • Managing brand and/or portfolio performance, including full P&L and marketing budget oversight
  • Experience in both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing, particularly with major retail partners
  • Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to lead, inspire, and influence key project teams and stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies, including ATL, design, BTL, and PR

  • Proven experience in branded FMCG marketing with comprehensive UK market exposure

  • Commercially astute with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Able to provide recommendations and inspire confidence among senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and strategic media planning
