Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for our clients in the medical device sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, including product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the medical device industry.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Support sales teams with product training and knowledge transfer.
- Develop and maintain inventory management processes to meet customer requirements and market demand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing at a strategic level, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and product life cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or a professional qualification such as CIM.
- A full, clean UK driving license and ability to travel across the UK.
