**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Manager at the King's School Canterbury. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms.
  • Patrol the site perimeter and manage on-site parking.
  • Support theatre events and oversee the digital sign-in system for visitors and contractors.
  • Maintain a Level 2 SIA Door Supervisor license and comply with relevant legislation.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, decorating touch-ups, and equipment setup for theatre events.
  • Coordinate contractor work, conduct inductions, and handle general Health & Safety responsibilities.
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm system checks and vehicle inspections.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of building and maintenance trades.
  • Experience in the security industry with a Level 2 SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and intruder alarms.
  • Participate in relevant training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in site management and security.
