Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities across multiple sites in Canterbury and Dover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Assist with routine maintenance and ad-hoc repairs to ensure our facilities are in good working order.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintain the security of our premises, building, and grounds, and perform regular compliance checks to ensure we meet all relevant regulations.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and oversee events at our facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Contractor Management: Supervise on-site contractors and ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Transportation: Utilize your own transport to travel between sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence.
  • Transportation: Own transport is essential for this role.
  • DBS Check: A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for this position.
