Facilities Operations Assistant

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Facilities Coordinator to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing two of our business centres, ensuring a well-maintained and safe environment.
This part-time position entails a commitment of 25 hours per week, with a schedule from Monday to Friday.
The role includes a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities:
- Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment
- Ensuring that walkways and emergency exits are clear and presentable
- Managing outdoor spaces, including weed removal
- Conducting health and safety checks to eliminate trip hazards
- Cleaning communal kitchen appliances
- Monitoring and recording energy consumption
- Assessing corridor walls for necessary repainting
- Performing additional ad-hoc tasks as required
