Facilities Maintenance Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify potential issues
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks, including fixing leaks and replacing light bulbs
- Ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained
- Manage supplies and advise the Facilities Manager of items needed to complete works in a timely manner
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls from the Facilities Manager/Centre Manager and address issues promptly
- Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities or a similar role is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
