About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Assistant. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to a high standard, including cleaning equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages in our hospital cafes and restaurants.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the facilities team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, as well as a good understanding of written and verbal English language.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
  • Positive attitude, kind, and compassionate nature.
