Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Touchlight. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing cross-functional projects to support our business growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and devise contingency plans as necessary.
  • Communicate with project team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project progress.
  • Present updates on project progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure proper records are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree level or above in Business, life sciences, or related field.
  • At least three (3) years of project management experience.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS project, Smartsheet) and related processes.
  • Experience of working in a matrix organization.
  • PMP or Prince 2 is highly desirable.
  • A highly self-motivated, flexible, and quick-thinking attitude to meeting the needs of the business.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
