Contechs Consulting Ltd is a prominent player in the Automotive sector, focusing on Design, Engineering, Technology, and Innovation. We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Management Coordinator to enhance our operational capabilities.
Role Overview
As a Project Management Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting Project Managers in executing various projects and work streams.
- Engaging in initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement within our Manufacturing facilities, as well as innovative projects.
- Participating in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Utilizing your knowledge of Manufacturing Planning and Logistics to identify potential opportunities and risks, effectively communicating these insights across the leadership team.
- Under the guidance of a Project Lead, managing key activities such as tracking project finances, preparing project status reports, documenting meeting minutes, and ensuring project deliverables align with timelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects or improvement initiatives.
- Basic understanding of Logistics, particularly within the automotive sector.
- Ability to present information clearly to small groups.
- Proven track record of addressing complex challenges in Manufacturing or Logistics with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, ensuring clarity and alignment on expected outcomes.
- Familiarity with budget management, including SAP reporting.
- Experience with project management tools such as P6.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Strategy, Solutions Design, and Project Delivery.
- Regular interaction with Production areas concerning Material Planning and Logistics.
- Collaboration with external service providers to deliver Engineering solutions.
- Working closely with Material Flow teams to achieve excellence in production.
