Digital Project Coordinator

Caterpillar is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Coordinator to join our Business Systems Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our fast-growing customer-facing businesses, Cat Job Site Solutions and Caterpillar Safety Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of business systems and data visualization solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop requirements.
- Manage project responsibilities and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Direct and motivate project teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor project results and ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
- Experience in IT project management, data visualization, and business systems support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake platform.
