Digital Marketing Manager

A dynamic and ambitious Junior Marketing Manager is required to lead a high-performing CRM Marketing team in the fast-paced retail sector. The role involves overseeing customer marketing initiatives, developing email and direct marketing strategies, database cleansing and analytics, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee the implementation of the customer marketing strategy, working closely with a team of CRM Executives.
- Coordinate with other departments to align marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Analyse market trends and adjust marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future decisions.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing expertise and building relationships.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in a Senior CRM/Email Marketing/Customer Marketing role in the Retail or Loyalty Program environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and techniques, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
