Job Overview

As a Project Management Coordinator, your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers to facilitate the successful execution of various projects and initiatives.
  • Engaging in projects that may involve continuous enhancements related to manufacturing processes or innovative solutions in production.
  • Participating in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery and evaluation.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of Manufacturing Planning and Logistics, while being proactive in identifying potential opportunities and risks.
  • Assisting in tracking project finances, preparing and presenting project updates, documenting meeting minutes, and reviewing project deliverables against established timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in managing small to medium scale projects or improvement initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of Logistics, particularly within the automotive sector.
  • Experience in delivering presentations to small groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues in Manufacturing and Logistics with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, ensuring clarity and alignment in messaging.
  • Familiarity with budget management and SAP reporting.
  • Experience with project management tools such as P6 or similar.

Preferred Experience

  • Involvement in Strategy, Solutions Design, and Project Delivery.
  • Regular collaboration with Production teams regarding Material Planning and Logistics.
  • Ability to work with external service providers to deliver Engineering solutions.
  • Close cooperation with Material Flow teams to ensure operational excellence.
