Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our solutions across all client accounts in the UK & Eire stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Rollout: Implement our solutions across all UK&I stores, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.
- Installation Oversight: Ensure the successful installation and commissioning of CCTV and EAS systems for new store openings and refits, meeting quality and safety standards.
- Resource Management: Coordinate technical and resource requirements, working with subcontractors and internal planners to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Risk and Change Management: Identify, mitigate, and recommend actions on risks and issues threatening project completion, ensuring business continuity.
- Cost Management: Manage costs to maintain or improve margins, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Compliance: Ensure total compliance with project management and health and safety procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of company processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify, mitigate, and recommend actions on risks and issues threatening project completion, ensuring business continuity.
- Site Meetings: Participate in site meetings to determine requirements, readiness, and ensure successful handover, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- First-Time Installations: Strive for 'right first time' installations, recording and reporting on events to identify process improvements, driving excellence.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain client satisfaction around implementation, ensuring long-term relationships and business growth.

Requirements:
