Contechs Consulting Ltd is a prominent player in the Automotive sector, focusing on Design, Engineering, Technology, and Innovation. We are currently seeking a Project Management Coordinator to enhance our operational capabilities.
Role Overview
As a Project Management Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting Project Managers in executing various projects and initiatives.
- Engaging in projects that contribute to continuous improvement within our Manufacturing facilities, as well as innovative initiatives.
- Participating in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Exhibiting a solid understanding of Manufacturing Planning and Logistics, while being proactive in identifying potential opportunities and risks.
- Under the guidance of a Project Lead, managing key activities such as tracking project finances, preparing project status updates, documenting meeting minutes, and ensuring project deliverables align with timelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects or improvement initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics, particularly within the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to present information effectively to small groups.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in Manufacturing and Logistics, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, ensuring clarity and alignment on expected outcomes.
- Familiarity with budget management, including SAP reporting.
- Experience with project management tools such as P6 or similar.
Preferred Experience
- Involvement in Strategy, Solutions Design, and Project Delivery.
- Regular collaboration with Production areas regarding Material Planning and Logistics.
- Potential to work alongside external service providers to deliver Engineering solutions.
- Close cooperation with Material Flow teams to achieve excellence in production processes.
