About the Role

MHR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Account Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our portfolio of products.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to achieve optimal results.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within MHR, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and enhance service offerings.
Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of sales forecasting and its impact on financial performance.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market.
