Job Title: Retention Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic retention plans to secure client loyalty and drive long-term partnerships. This will involve analysing feedback and service performance to identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction, and managing contract renewals and negotiations with a focus on client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic retention plans to secure client loyalty and drive long-term partnerships
  • Analyse feedback and service performance to identify improvement opportunities and areas for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations with a focus on client retention and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client retention or account management, ideally within the contract catering or foodservice industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyse data and trends to drive strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships
