Overview: The Long Term Workforce Plan emphasizes retention as a fundamental aspect of our workforce strategy. This role is pivotal in implementing practical measures to enhance employee experience and retention across various sectors.

Position Summary: Our client, a prominent organization, is seeking a HR Staff Experience & Retention Specialist to facilitate the execution of retention strategies throughout the organization.

Collaboration: The retention teams will collaborate extensively across national, regional, and local systems, focusing on embodying the values outlined in the People Plan. The goal is to improve the experience of all employees and fulfill the commitments of the People Promise, ultimately leading to optimal outcomes for both staff and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and integrate all aspects of the People Promise within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and with Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to enhance staff retention.
  • Engage with other designated People Promise Managers to identify and maximize retention opportunities.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess expertise in employee engagement and retention, preferably within a healthcare environment. A commitment to fostering a supportive workplace culture is essential.

Work Arrangement: This position offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility while ensuring effective collaboration.
