Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and Nurture Client Relationships
  2. You will be responsible for managing 10-20 client accounts across EMEA, USA, and APAC, with a revenue and retention target of approximately £1 million. This involves understanding client needs, aligning services to meet those needs, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Drive Client Growth and Expansion
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products
  • Explore new avenues for collaboration
  • Maximize the value derived from each client relationship
Client Education and Empowerment
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on how to maximize the value they get from ThisThat
  • Utilize case studies, impact testimonials, co-marketing efforts, and other strategies to build awareness and drive client engagement
Performance Analysis and Improvement
  • Utilize reporting, data, and analytics to assess client performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Measure the success of strategies implemented and make data-driven decisions to optimize client outcomes
Client Experience and Retention
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance client experience, streamline processes, and innovate strategies for client retention and growth
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and develop accessible self-serveable solutions for clients
Collaboration and Communication
  • Regularly collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, tech, client strategy, and marketing teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive business success
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of working experience in research and/or advertising (marketing or media environment is a plus)
  • Track record of performing successfully against revenue targets (100%+)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software (we use Hubspot) and sales-related tools
