Our client, a dynamic office provider, is seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their office in a prestigious location. As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the group of businesses in the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front of house duties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing the day-to-day operations of the building and office.
  • Build strong relationships with facilities and suppliers to maintain the office space and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and maintain the office's IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure the office is impeccably presented and well-stocked at all times.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure the office is a safe and healthy environment.
  • Coordinate meetings, reservations, and daily appointments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide sound advice to clients.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Positive attitude, team player with a 'can-do' approach.

Compensation:
