Role Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team at the Audi dealership in Taunton. This role requires leveraging your sales management expertise to guide the team in achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business, this is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a prominent automotive group while representing a prestigious brand. You will oversee a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, focusing on both new and pre-owned vehicle sales. We seek an individual who can propel the team and business forward, with a strong background in budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising the Sales Executives and Transaction Manager
  • Inspiring the team to achieve positive customer outcomes while meeting weekly sales targets for vehicles, financing, and insurance products
  • Engaging with customers both in-person and through digital communication, addressing customer complaints effectively
  • Promoting vehicles and services available at the dealership and online
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service that consistently reflects high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Preparing finance proposals that prioritize the best interests of the customer

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess prior experience as a sales manager within the automotive sector, specifically in a main dealership setting. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the following:
