As the Operations Supply Chain Leader, you will be pivotal in managing the comprehensive operations for a product line aimed at enhancing vitality, supporting overall wellness, and enabling individuals to reach their health objectives. Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the founder to develop and refine the operational strategy of the organization, continuously seeking enhancements in processes and systems.
· Oversee the complete supply chain process, including coordination with third-party manufacturers and management of supplier relationships.
· Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure the business achieves optimal commercial success.
· Identify areas for improvement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
· Supervise third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
· Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and provide insights that drive commercial performance, while also collaborating with sales and commercial teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
· Contribute to the planning of new product development (NPD), supporting the founder in exploring exciting new product lines and overseeing product launches.
Desired Qualifications:
· An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in a start-up or small to medium-sized enterprise (SME).
· A comprehensive skill set in managing the end-to-end supply chain.
· Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with various stakeholders.
· Experience in collaborating with grocery retailers would be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
· Experience in international or global supply chain management.
· Previous experience with food or beverage brands is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive salary up to £45k-£50k plus benefits and hybrid working options.
