Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Harmonic Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain operations for our line of products designed to enhance vitality, support overall well-being, and empower individuals to achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our founder to build out the operational strategy of the business and actively look to improve processes and systems.
  • Manage the current end-to-end supply chain from working with 3rd party manufacturers to managing 3PL.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships and partnerships with suppliers to ensure commercial success.
  • Identify key areas for improvement and manage KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Partner with finance to manage budgets and provide commercial insight to drive performance.
  • Work with the Sales and Commercial teams to ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Plan and execute new product development (NPD) and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work with a fast-growing business.
  • Broad skillset in managing the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Confident communication style.
  • Experience in working with grocery retailers (Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Morrisons, etc).
