Position: Sales Administrator
Company: Marshall Motor Group
Role Overview: As a Sales Administrator, you will be integral to the dealership's operations, providing essential support to both the sales and finance departments. Your contributions will facilitate the vehicle sales process for both new and pre-owned automobiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory in accordance with sales and purchases.
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders within the sales division and organize documentation for customer handovers.
- Manage the registration and taxation processes for new vehicles.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure all necessary services are completed on both new and used vehicles.
- Coordinate invoicing for vehicle transactions.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in IT skills, particularly MS Excel; experience with Kerridge is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach, and robust organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
