Role Overview

In the capacity of a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be integral to the dealership's operations, providing essential support to both the sales and finance departments, and facilitating the vehicle sales process for both new and pre-owned vehicles. Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly within the automotive sector, is essential.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in administration with a strong capability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to established processes.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Excel (experience with Kerridge is advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Meticulous attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and exceptional organizational abilities are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory in accordance with sales and purchases.
  • Coordinate the preparation of customer orders within the sales division and compile necessary documentation for customer handovers.
  • Oversee the registration and taxation processes for new vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure all required services are completed on both new and used vehicles.
  • Facilitate invoicing processes for vehicle sales.
