Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm

Compensation: Based on experience

Role Overview

In the capacity of a Vehicle Sales Coordinator, you will be integral to the dealership's operations, providing essential support to both the sales and finance departments while facilitating the sales process for new and pre-owned vehicles. Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly within the automotive sector, is essential.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in administration with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Excel; familiarity with Kerridge is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and robust organizational skills are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory in accordance with sales and purchases.
  • Coordinate the preparation of customer orders within the sales division and compile necessary documentation for customer handovers.
  • Oversee the registration and taxation processes for new vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure all required services are completed on both new and used vehicles.
  • Facilitate invoicing for vehicle transactions.
